DELIVERY
We are accepting orders from all our customers whilst making sure that we also follow official advice during the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic and shall use all reasonable efforts to ensure that there is no delay in dispatching your order for delivery. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Please note that any order placed with us for delivery outside the United Kingdom, may incur import duties, customs charges, handling fees and other associated charges and costs, which may depend on the value of the order and delivery destination.

When you place an order for delivery outside the United Kingdom you agree that as the recipient you will be liable for all import duties, custom and control charges, clearing fees and local taxes levied by the country you are receiving your order in. We will not be liable for any such costs related to international deliveries.

Please ensure you are aware of your residing countries import rates, and exemptions, prior to purchasing. Unfortunately, we do not have such information available with us nor do we have the means to inform our customers how to obtain such information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days after the product is delivered to you. For sale purchases you will have 15 days to return your order to us.

In order for us to process a return or exchange, the purchased product must be returned unused, unworn with tags still attached. Please send back in the original packaging where possible to reuse it and include a note with your order number in the package.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend Royal Mail Tracked service. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to obtain proof of postage and send via a tracked method. You can also use our collect plus labels we provide but please note if you are making a return and not an exchange we will take off £5 from your refund for the return postage fee.

We will refund your method of payment for the purchase price (excluding any applicable shipping and delivery costs) once we receive your return package.

Please do not send anything back to us until you have you completed a returns request via the returns portal. You can find the page here.

DISCREPANT DELIVERY
If there are any discrepancies in your order and the item delivered to you, please email us at info@seventymochi.com. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate and as such any variation in colour of the product delivered will not be regarded as discrepant.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders can be cancelled free of charge, before they are shipped, by emailing us at info@seventymochi.com.
