We do our best to ship orders placed before noon on the same day but sometimes this is not always possible. Otherwise it will be sent out next day. We ship every week day except bank holidays.

Please note that any order placed with us for delivery outside the United Kingdom, may incur import duties, customs charges, handling fees and other associated charges and costs, which may depend on the value of the order and delivery destination.
When you place an order for delivery outside the United Kingdom you agree that as the recipient you will be liable for all import duties, custom and control charges, clearing fees and local taxes levied by the country you are receiving your order in. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival and is your responsibility. Unfortunately we are unable to advise on the amount that this may be. Any orders cancelled, returned to sender or refused due to customs fees will be subject to a restocking fee.
Please ensure you are aware of your residing countries import rates, and exemptions, prior to purchasing.
Unfortunately due to the current situation in Ukraine we are unable to ship to Ukraine, Russia and Moldova, we are extremely sorry for any inconvenience.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days after the product is delivered to you. For sale purchases you will have 15 days to return your order to us.
In order for us to process a return or exchange, the purchased product must be returned unused, unworn with tags still attached. Please send back in the original packaging where possible to reuse it and include a note with your order number in the package.

For returns you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend Royal Mail Tracked service. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to obtain proof of postage and send via a tracked method. You can also use our collect plus labels we provide but please note if you are making a return and not an exchange we will take off £5 from your refund for the return postage fee.
We will refund your method of payment for the purchase price (excluding any applicable shipping and delivery costs) once we receive your return package.
Please do not send anything back to us until you have you completed a returns request via the returns portal. You can find the page here.
For returns or exchanges outside of the UK you are responsible for all shipping costs. Please clearly mark the package as a return. We can not accept any duties or taxes added to your return and we will not be able to process it. Please still navigate to our returns portal here so we know to expect your return but the postage labels are not usable outside of the UK. Please email email@example.com for more information.
If there are any discrepancies in your order and the item delivered to you, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate and as such any variation in colour of the product delivered will not be regarded as discrepant.
