We are accepting orders from all our customers whilst making sure that we also follow official advice during the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic and shall use all reasonable efforts to ensure that there is no delay in dispatching your order for delivery. OUR DELIVERY PARTNER
We will be using DPD Local to deliver your orders. DPD wants to deliver emission free in cities, so they’re creating a network of all-electric micro-depots so that their all-electric vehicles are located closer to customers. They now have over 700 electric vehicles operating throughout England, Scotland and Wales. The mailers we send your orders in are made from 80% reclaimed material and are 100% recyclable.

Please note that any order placed with us for delivery outside the United Kingdom, may incur import duties, customs charges, handling fees and other associated charges and costs, which may depend on the value of the order and delivery destination.
When you place an order for delivery outside the United Kingdom you agree that as the recipient you will be liable for all import duties, custom and control charges, clearing fees and local taxes levied by the country you are receiving your order in. We will not be liable for any such costs related to international deliveries.
Please ensure you are aware of your residing countries import rates, and exemptions, prior to purchasing. Unfortunately, we do not have such information available with us nor do we have the means to inform our customers how to obtain such information.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days after the product is delivered to you.
In order for us to process a return or exchange, the purchased product must be returned unused, unworn with tags still attached. Where provided, any packaging such as instructions, bags, boxes etc., should be included with your return.
Please follow the return instructions on your packing slip or email firstname.lastname@example.org for these return instructions if you cannot locate your packing slip. Please make sure you include your name and order number in the return package. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without these details in the package.
If you are seeking an exchange please email us on email@example.com and we will look into stock availability. Exchanged items will be shipped to you at no additional cost once we have received the returned product.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend Royal Mail Tracked service. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to obtain proof of postage and send via a tracked method.
For orders being returned from outside the United Kingdom please note that you must arrange this at your own risk and cost. After we have processed your return details, you will need to email us tracking details of the returned package. Any shipping charges, custom charges and or handling fees incurred will be deducted from original refund amounts.
We will refund your method of payment for the purchase price (excluding any applicable shipping and delivery costs) once we receive your return package.
If there are any discrepancies in your order and the item delivered to you, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate and as such any variation in colour of the product delivered will not be regarded as discrepant.
Pre-orders can be cancelled free of charge, before they are shipped, by emailing us at email@example.com.
