Shipping and Returns

DELIVERY
We are accepting orders from all our customers whilst making sure that we also follow official advice during the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic and shall use all reasonable efforts to ensure that there is no delay in dispatching your order for delivery. THIRD PARTY COURIERS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
In order for us to deliver any order that you place on our website we shall be using reputable third party couriers who shall be dispatched your order for onward delivery to you and we estimate the following minimum delivery times.

UK (5-7 Business Days)
Europe (7-10 Business Days)
International Deliveries (10-15 Business Days)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Please note that any order placed with us for delivery outside the United Kingdom, may attract the imposition of import duties, customs charges, handling fees and other associated charges and costs, which may depend on the value of the order and delivery destination.

When you place an order for delivery outside the United Kingdom you agree that as the recipient you will be liable for all import duties, custom and control charges, clearing fees and local taxes levied by the country you are receiving your order in. We shall not be liable for any such costs related to international deliveries.

Please ensure you are aware of your residing countries import rates, and exemptions, prior to purchasing. Unfortunately, we do not have such information available with us nor do we have the means to inform our customers how to obtain such information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days after the product is delivered to you. In order for us to effectuate a return or exchange, the purchased product must be returned unused, unworn and with all garment tags still attached. Where provided, any packaging such as instructions, bags, boxes etc., should be included with your return.

Please send an email to info@seventymochi.com explaining the reason for the return quoting your order number. We shall then send you a Return Slip which you must attach along with the returned product. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without this Return Slip.

If you are seeking an exchange please email us on info@seventymochi.com to let us know your request so we can hold the stock for you. If we are out of stock in that style you can always exchange for another style (subject to adjustment of prices). Exchanged items will be shipped to you at no additional cost once we have received the returned product.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to obtain proof of postage and send via a tracked method.

For orders being returned from outside the United Kingdom please note that you must arrange, at your own risk and cost, delivery to us of the product being returned. After we have processed your return details and sent you your Return Slip, you will need to email us your chosen courier/shipping provider along with tracking details of the returned package. Please clearly mark the package as “Returned UK Merchandise – No Commercial Value”. We shall not be liable for any duties or custom charges that may be incurred for returns originating from outside the UK. The return must originate from the same international destination where the product was delivered to. Any shipping charges, custom charges and or handling fees will be deducted from original refund amounts.

We will refund your method of payment for the purchase price (excluding any applicable shipping and delivery costs) once we receive your return package.

DISCREPANT DELIVERY
If there are any discrepancies in your order and the item delivered to you, please email us at info@seventymochi.com. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate and as such any variation in colour of the product delivered will not be regarded as discrepant.
